Jon has been married for over 40 years to his wife Morgan. He has two children and five grand-children.
Jon has a Bachelor degree in Biblical Studies from Nazarene Bible College and a Master in Leadership from Mid-America Christian University. He has been a minister in the Church of the Nazarene for 29 years. During those years of ministry he has been a leader and mentor. Jon has developed leadership conferences, written discipleship materials, leadership lessons, and more than a dozen books. He has led youth programs such as camps, retreats and special mission projects. He has spoken in revivals, men’s conference, leadership conferences, and community events.
Jon came to PCN over six years ago with a desire to build the Kingdom of God wherever the Lord leads. His messages at PCN presents God's Word in an uncompromising and yet loving and non-judgmental manner, allowing the truth of the Word to change hearts and lives as only it can.
RUSSELL BROWN
ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF MINISTRIES
Russell grew up in Ridgecrest, CA and moved to Pensacola, FL in 2012. He then began his service at PCN in the youth department as the youth pastor in 2012. Russell was married to his wife Hannah in 2017 and is expecting their first child in 2021. Russell and Hannah moved to Texas in 2017 where he received a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in ministry from Hardin-Simmons University. He will finish his double master’s degree program in clinical counseling, marriage and family therapy as well as family ministry in December 2021. Russell and Hannah returned to PCN in June 2021. He is now serving as the Associate Pastor of Ministries with hopes to develop a ministry of counseling and marriage enrichment program in the future. Both Russell and Hannah have a passion for people and connecting with them through worship ministry and local and international missions to build the Kingdom of God.
